What does it fund?
Vouchers for the purchase of zero-emission equipment used in off-road applications such as forklifts, transport refrigeration units, gantry cranes, and terminal trucks.
Who is eligible for funds?
Public and private off-road equipment operators.
How does this program provide benefits to priority populations?
Ten percent in additional funding is made available for equipment deployed or domiciled in disadvantaged and low-income communities. Additional funding is also available for infrastructure expansion. Communities benefit from zero-emission equipment replacing the diesel equipment/vehicles that would have otherwise contributed to local air pollution.
